Job Description

Job Description
  • The candidate should be a BE / MCA / MBA/PMP/ POM.
  • Candidate should be well versed with SQL, MS Office and should possess good knowledge of SDLC.
  • Candidate should be experienced in managing SLAs, .
  • Candidate should have good knowledge of ticketing tools e.g. JIRA. Candidate should have exposure to Finance domain, preferably should have worked in a Bank / NBFC.
The candidate will be responsible for the following activities :

Project Coordinator
  • To ensure that the project is completed on time
  • To setup a project plan and ensure that the milestones are met on the set deadlines
  • To ensure the documentation of the project is complete in all aspects
  • To ensure that the status of project is clearly communicated to the stakeholders
  • To ensure that escalations are done when required
  • To ensure that Change management process is duly followed during scope change
  • To Ensure proper training and documentation is done to Support and testing teams during the project life cycle Support Coordination
  • To ensure that support level SLAs are met
  • To continuously monitor the calls are support desk and ensure the resolutions are seamless
  • To ensure that there are no escalations of Issues
  • To ensure adequate training is imparted to the support team on various processes
  • To follow up with stakeholders on pending issues and ensure their closure
  • To coordinate with vendors on raised issues and communicate to the relevant stakeholders
  • To analyze the support calls and bring insights on reducing the call volumes
  • To prepare SOPs and knowledge base of the support processes and applications being supported.
