Responsibilities :

Should have Strong Technical Knowledge in the IT field.
Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Manage the Central Database Repository for all Projects within the scope of the Project/Program assigned
Gather and compile data required for presentation as well as prepare presentation documents/material
Assist the Sr. technical person with the preparation of project meetings e.g. scheduling,
Assist with the preparation of material for the integration of new team members

Requirements :

Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator/Manager
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
