Skills Required 

• Excellent English communication skills (Written and Verbal)
• Basic Understanding and knowledge of Digital marketing concepts of SEO, SEM. 
• Ability to handle clients tactfully. 
• Strong analytical and logical skills. 
• Time management and ability to work under pressure. 
• Maturity and eagerness to learn. 
• Innovative and creative mindset.   

Role and Responsibilities 

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information 
• Under the supervision of account manager, the Project coordinator trainee provides overall day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of client projects. 
• Client Management 
• Responding, updating, and communicating with the client over Emails, Skype and Call. 
• Engaging with clients in a manner that supports business growth. 
• Generating ideas and making sure that the client is happy in order to retain clients. 
• Understanding the project/task/ change request brief in detail, getting clarity with clients. Communicating the details/briefs to the team and tactfully getting the work done on time. Quality testing the project thoroughly, getting bugs fixed. 
• Making sure the timelines and deadlines are the match of all the projects. 
• Must have basic understanding and knowledge of Digital marketing concepts of SEO, SEM.
