Responsibilities

A Project Delivery Specialist with support from a Project Manager and Field Manager(s) will manage the multiple work streams highlighted below:

Execute Data Collection Projects:

Contributing to field and project execution strategy
Managing the field team training processes including conducting interactive workshops for regional coordinators and designing training videos and quizzes
Coding survey instruments using ODK platforms such as SurveyCTO
Designing data quality management plans with support from IDinsight Economists
Developing and deploying productivity and quality management tools using tools such as STATA, R, and other software packages
Designing interactive dashboards for easy visualization and interpretation of quality and productivity metrics

Continuously improve systems and processes to improve performance (Some examples are provided below):

Designing and testing incentive systems to improve surveyor productivity and quality
Building algorithmic assignment systems to reduce surveyor travel time
Developing cutting-edge solutions to better track improvements in performance over time

Contribute to organizational culture and growth

Thinking critically about organizational culture and contributing actively to policy discussions
Creating interest groups, book clubs, sports teams, movie viewing forums, or basically any other space with like-minded people
Help us define and build the office culture

Qualifications

Required:

Strong written and oral communication skills.
Critical thinking about systems and processes.
Complex problem-solving abilities.
Creativity and attention to detail
Self-starter attitude and interest in organization building

Preferred:

Prior experience of data management using Stata, R, or Python, with knowledge about additional scripting languages is a plus.
Prior experience of coding ODK based forms in SurveyCTO.
Strong excel/google sheets knowledge.
Prior experience in survey operations management
