The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and MEP activities supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks at any part of India, that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion. 

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
• Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
• Responsible for RFI and submittal process
• Processes owner billings and project related accounting issues
• Local purchases needed for the project
• Should understand the Shop Drawings given by the Design Team and proceed the work in site.
• Responsible for handling all the labour issues at site level
• Responsible for Inventory Management at site.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0 - 2 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or site manager
• Strong/Moderate experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
• Go Getter with a Can Learn Attitude.
