Job Description

Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur) invites application for the position Project Engineer

Project entitled: "Centre of Excellence for Large Area Flexible Electronics at IIT Kanpur"

For the Position of: "Project Engineer"

Minimum Qualification: M. Tech. OR B. Tech + 3 years' Experience.

Desirable Qualification: B.Tech or M.Tech in Chemical Engineering/Polymer Science and Technology/Nanotechnology/ Nanoscience and Technology/Ink/Polymer Science. Work experience in polymeric ink formulation and characterization. Experience with characterization techniques such as viscosimetry, DLS for particle size measurements, goniometer, optical microscopy, and electrical measurements. Work experience in fabrication and characterization of flexible sensors (temperature, gas etc.) and processing of samples using ball mill, probe sonicator, bath sonicator, dip coater, humidity chamber. Handling and processing of flexible substrates for electronics application. Proficient in project technical reports preparation and data analysis

Salary: Rs. 26400-2200-66000/- per month based on qualification

Duration of appointment: 1 Year Contract or till end of Project whichever is earlier
