ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Project Planning and Design:
· Planning, co-ordination & Quality of work as per Bar chart & to co-ordinate with Contractors, Consultants and Architects. Study of Technical Drawings.
· Lead and oversee the planning and design phase of civil engineering projects.
· Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards.
· Co-ordination with Site Engineers & accounts dept.
· Pre & Post concreting checking (Formwork, steel, alignment, levelling, curing arrangements etc.) for all sites.
· Preparing the project estimation model and reviewing the costing monthly to annual basis
· Framing the Project timeline and synchronising the agencies for the entry and exit in work completion
· Research and awareness of latest materials for construction and finishing products
· Updated and implementation of latest technology or process methods for quality construction
Ø Site Supervision:
· Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
· Monitor project progress, quality, and safety.
· Resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction.
· To performed field check of Sites as and when necessary.
· In charge for all finishing works of building (Plaster, painting, POP, plumbing, tile & sanitary fitting etc.)
Ø Client Interaction:
· Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
· Provide regular updates on project progress and address any client concerns.
Ø Documentation and Reporting:
· Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities),BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) & rate analysis of various items.
· Prepare Daily Progress Report according to work done.
· Prepare estimated & actual plan for project activities.
· Preparing of Work orders & finalized with authorizes person.
Ø Quality Assurance:
· Quality and Quantity checking and preparation all type of R.A. Bills.
· To verify bills & keep an track for all those bills i.e follow-up with bills & payments.
Ø Problem Solving:
· Identify and address technical challenges during the project lifecycle.
· Propose innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Ø QUALIFICATION
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
· Minimum 10 to 12 Years of experience
· Having experienced especially in Bill of quantities/ Contract documents/ Rate analysis for High rise residential Buildings in Mumbai only.
· Good Knowledge of Auto CAD & Excel.
· Certification in project management, construction management etc is a plus
Ø SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :
· Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role on construction projects.
· Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
· Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
· Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
· Deep understanding of construction safety standards and practices.
