Job Description

Applications are invited for the position of “Project Executive Officer” for “Industrial & Management Engineering (IME)”
Qualifications & Experience Essential: Master's degree + 14 years of relevant experience
Desirable Qualification and Experience: A candidate with a first-class Master's Degree in Management will be preferred.
Knowledge of designing software like Corel Draw and Adobe Photoshop for designing the posters, booklets, newsletters, banners, etc. for the various events.
Able to coordinate with students/staff/faculty for courses and liasioning work with other Institutes of repute.
Able to facilitate the paperwork related to the admission process in the department.
Knowledge of office procedures, maintenance of office records, administration, and purchase procedures
Experience in the handling of project-related works i.e., project purchases as per GFR-2017
Salary Range: 42000-3500-105000
The post is purely temporary and will be offered for a period of 1 year and renewal on satisfactory performance.
