Project Expert- Transitions Source to Pay________________________________________________________________________________________Reporting to: Manager Projects/Transitions- Source to PayLocation: BangaloreFunction: Shared Service Center Delivery NetworkGlobal Job purpose (A brief statement indicating the basic purpose of the global job)The Project Lead(SME) Transitions Source to pay is responsible for completing the Transitions/Projectswithin the Source to Pay Function across Asia Region as per the agreed timelines & Bayer ProjectMethodologyMajor tasks and responsibilities Ensure proper quality of project deliverables (procedures, maps, sign offs, project plans etc.);Ability to act in a changing environment, identify and monitor risks and issues, propose andimplement corrective actions;Provide accurate updates and reports according to Bayer Project Methodology;Provide support and guidance to ensure process understanding;Track the progress of Transitions and present the Status to S2P Leadership teamAbility to quickly understand & grasp the process flows assimilate knowledge to become a subjectmatter expertLead the Projects and become a single point of contact for all project related deliverablesIdentify and manage the continuous improvement in the team, through individual performance,sharing best practices across teams & Shared Service Center Delivery Network.Streamline activities by benchmarking with other Source to Pay Teams Steers the process operations resource in terms of cost and FTE budgets Follow up and resolve issues and escalations from internal and external stakeholders.Manage and support integration of new procurement activities and further Merger & AcquisitionsProjects for S2P activities within SSO environmentEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures.
