Project Expert recruitment in Bangalore - For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd

• Ensure proper quality of project deliverables (procedures, maps, sign offs, project plans etc.);
• Ability to act in changing environment, identify and monitor risks and issues, propose and implement corrective actions;
• Provide accurate updates and reports according to Bayer Project Methodology;
• Provide support and guidance to ensure process understanding;
• Track the progress of Transitions and present the Status to S2P Leadership team
• Ability to quickly understand & grasp the process flows assimilate knowledge to become a subject matter expert
• Lead the Projects and become a single point of contact for all project related deliverables
• Identify and manage the continuous improvement in the team, through individual performance, sharing best practices across teams & Shared Service Center Delivery Network.
• Streamline activities by benchmarking with other Source to Pay Teams
• Steers the process operations resource in terms of cost and FTE budgets
• Follow up and resolve issues and escalations from internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and support integration of new procurement activities and further Merger & Acquisitions Projects for S2P activities within SSO environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage Transition Change and Communications by regularly interacting with Legal Entity, GPO and Shared Services Teams and roll out Communications as per transition timelines
• Ensure active participation within the Change and Communications Community for best practice sharing and initiate improvement ideas

Candidate Profile:

• B.Com/MBA Finance or any Accounting Degree
• Overall experience of 10+ years within a Shared Service Organization with at least 2-3 years of Transition Management Experience
• Should have independently led multiple transitions (remote & onsite)
• Excellent Knowledge of Source to Pay Processes
• Possess excellent analytical skills to think problems circumstances through and develop credible solutions
• Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills which is key for this role
• Prior Experience in Managing Multiple projects/transitions
• Ability to deliver under high pressure
• Good collaboration, influencing, communication and presentation competencies
• Advanced Excel, Powerpoint & Presentation Skills
• Languages: Fluent English + additional language as a plus
