Job Description

Applications are invited from the interested candidates for the post of Project fellow in the TANSCHE-RGP project sanctioned to Dr. B. Sathya Priya, Principal Investigator, Assistant Professor, Department of Environmental Sciences, Bharathiar Univerity, Coimbatore-641046, Tamil Nadu.

1. Project Tittle: Production of ecofriendly pigments with antimicrobial potential from actinomycetes using agricultural waste as feedstock and its application in antimicrobial clothing for medical textile industry.

2. Project Duration 36 months

3. Post Name: Project Fellow

4. No. of Post: 01

5. Qualification: M.Sc. with a minimum of 55% marks in the subject of Environmental Sciences/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences/Relevant disciplines.

Note: Preference will be given to the candidates having the prior experience in Environmental Microbiology/ Environmental Biotechnology.

6. Fellowship Consolidated amount of Rs. 10,000/- per month for 3 years
