The role of project head involves the overall implementation of IT migration activity . He should work closely with the vendor and all the stakeholders of the company to achieve the desired objectives.

The key attributes include controlling, monitoring, measuring, executing, designing, and evaluating the necessary technical requirements and their implementation. He should ensure that the outcomes derivable from a new technology are in line with the strategic goals of the organization. He should be able to identify and create a technical process, which is a formalised set of tasks and activities that helps accomplish specific business objectives.

The role shall, at a minimum, be primarily responsible for the following tasks:

1. The candidate will have a varied and strong experience in software migration, preferably of large databases, with 10 years of technical experience.

2. Preparing the project implementation plan with the coordination of vendors and internal management

3. Work on the software migration plan and execution.

4. Consolidate data points from multiple sources while doing the migration.

5. Point of contact on behalf of company with respect to IT implementation

6. Ensure the smooth functioning of the software application.

7. To achieve the stated goals, collaborate closely with IT or the developer.

8. Reconciliation of data to ensure complete accuracy in operations and accounts

9. Daily monitoring of transaction port migration is necessary for ensuring the data's accuracy.

10. Creativity in discovering and proactively plugging any inaccuracies and loopholes.

11. Making and helping implement changes to existing process flows or creating new processes as per business requirements

12. Use data mining tools (such as Excel, Power BI, Redshift, etc.) to prepare the required reports.

Qualifications:

Experience in handling the software migration activities

A sound understanding of Saas Solutions

Technical skills in SAP

Experience in MSQL or equal programmes

Familiarity with the latest technologies and mobile applications

Experience with business analytical tools like advanced MS Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
