Job Description

Job Title : Project Head/Leader - Software (PHP)

Job Code:ATS#28

Experience: 5 years of experience out of which Min 2 years experience as Project head or Team Leader and 3 years as Developer.

Job Location: Trivandrum

Pay Scale: As per Industry & Experience

Education: Any Graduates

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Responsible for complete SDLC.
  • Analyzing scope of work and preparing software flow, database, security measurements, functional flow, logical flow, GUI Flow, Server Architecture, Platform etc.
  • Logical problem solving, bug fixing, giving guidelines and proper technical training to team members.
  • Reviewing coding of each team members and ensuring all are coding as per the given standards.
  • Coordinating with Project Coordinator and ensuring all works are on schedule and assigned to the right team members.
  • Performance evaluation of each team members and mentoring them based on the findings.
  • Coordinating with Research Analyst and closely analyzing their findings.
  • Closely analyzing the progress of each project and team members.
  • Fine tuning the code and SQL query for the best optimized performance.
