Job Description:

The Customer Conversations Platform team designs, develops, deploys and supports in-house and nthird-party contact center applications for Google s sales & support users to improve sales productivity nand customer satisfaction. In this role, you will play a major role in planning, designing and deployment of nnew contact center infrastructure across Google s data centers. You will work with both internal Google nteams and external vendors to research, evaluate and implement new solutions. nResponsibilities: n- Manage multiple contact center voice & data infrastructure projects and plan rollout of enterprise level ncontact center and voice systems that will be used to interact with advertisers, consumers and enterprises n- Coordinate new system deployments by working with internal engineering operations teams like nTelecom, Network, Security, Hardware, and Data Center, external suppliers, and service providers n- Partner with the cross-functional engineering teams and related stakeholders to gather requirements, nplan, design, manage and execute projects n- Manage all project timelines and communicate progress to business users and IT management n- Manage multiple simultaneous projects to deliver new features, upgrades, and capacity enhancements nto current and future telephony network and platform designs. n- Oversee the creation of new processes and tools as necessary to support additional needs and nrequirements on an ongoing basis
