About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assess the facilities, process, and systems of the residential school hostels in Keonjhar District, Odisha (the team will be stationed at identified project management unit)
2. Collect evidence, note down observation, and identify gaps and scope for improvements and fill the assessment framework accordingly
3. Work on the predefined assessment framework that will be provided for conducting the assessment (assessor's training will be conducted)
4. Work on the initial pilot project for which the assessment shall be conducted using hard copy only (pen-paper mode only)
5. Work on closing the assigned assessment in a single day, collect evidence, pictures, and write key observations

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 24th Feb'21 and 31st Mar'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Must have a bachelor's degree for any recognized university or equivalent experience

2. Experience in assessment & knowledge of QMS will be sufficient

3. Preference would be given to candidates from B.Ed or any other educational background

4. Candidates who have worked with social welfare departments/NGOs/and who wish to contribute to a social cause can also apply

Note:

1. As the assignment has strict timelines no Saturday or Sunday or any kind of leaves would be allowed during the project
