Your Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for providing consultation, communicating with and making presentations to clients/partners
Responsible to meet with client teams and gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings and track project progress and work across various LOBs
Responsible to manage allocated projects end to end efficiently
Responsible for resource management and ability to handle complex / sensitive issues while ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases
Responsible to guide the team through the testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively, constantly manage Risk, Issues, Dependencies, assumptions and scope.
Drive performance & tuning, monitoring the performance using tools
Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Minimum 8+ years in IT sector with strong experience in Project management
Experience in technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Infrastructure support especially around Cloud Compute, Wintel, Storage and Backup management
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, manages technical resources within budget and project schedule.
Proficient in providing direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration
Proficient in Identifying resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience on cloud platforms like IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure or Amazon would be an added advantage
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publication
Experience working in the Product development environment
