Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct research on required projects, prepare business proposals, pitch decks, etc. and coordinate with the creative team for assisting on tasks
2. Work on proof checking and quality control of all outgoing work for successful delivery
3. Work on planning, compiling, and posting on AO Design social media (Linkedin, Instagram) after taking approvals from management
4. Work on updating AO design website case studies with recent work after taking approvals from management
5. Work on compiling new work and sending regular newsletters/emailers to the database after taking approvals from management through MailChimp, etc.
6. Coordinate with the finance departments for billing and invoicing and with vendors, who work across the ongoing projects
