Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with the project manager and ensure that project deliverables are completed in accordance with company expectations
2. Receive training and perform duties in change management
3. Ensure operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business
4. Perform assigned tasks and update on progress
5. Receive training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater opportunities
6. Gain as much knowledge of the organization
7. Communicate with the operations department and employees into the organization
8. Learn about the inner workings of the different departments of the organization
9. Prepare various reports through Microsoft Excel and provide statistical data for analysis
10. Design and develop project plans, and manage project deliverables, and timelines
