About The Role

Job Description

We are looking for an Project Management officer who will work with us at our Hyderabad office as Business Operations/Project Management in our medical domain team.

You Will

Establish and implement organisational goals and procedures, conferring with leadership team.
Implement governance standards across the organisation, including tracking, monitoring and reporting the status of overall goals.
Establish Goals. Monitor projects performance and work with Teams.
Report on Monthly Business Reviews New Departmentâs engagement- Establish governance mechanism.
Support standard management reporting processes and metrics throughout the delivery management and produce reporting packages. Encourage process workflow modelling to collaborate on process improvements capabilities.
Provide continuous improvement to tools, metrics and training, based on ongoing experience, process metrics to create further efficiencies in the organisation.
Visual management- Create reports and dashboards in multiple segments for overall business operations, Standardize and Implement of Visual Management across sites Conduct process and project audit across all sites on a quarterly basis.
Initiate the Customer feed backs along the course of the projects on the periodic basis and have the action plans ecommendation put in place to improve the Customer allegiance score.
Help implement the quality strategy, including any processes and templates across all areas.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and support.
Ensure communications across the organisation Play an important role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
4 year of relevant experience (Business Operations/Project Management)
