Job Description
Bright River is looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our talented team as we continue to develop and expand our 3D production facilities. Ideal candidates should have excellent expertise with Project management, workflows, processes and agile working as well affinity with 3D. This role will work alongside our 3D artists and team lead to complete content for our high profile clients.
Job Description
You'll work as part of a talented team of 3D experts and contribute to how we deliver 3D projects to our customers around the world. Our teams are spread across multiple office around the world and the project manager plays an important role to link it all together.
A few of the task you’d either own or contribute towards:

• Manage the delivery of our 3D projects.
• Provide direction to our in-house and external third party 3D teams on projects, their progress and priority.
• Create deadlines and planning for projects together with the team leads.
• Understand the requirements and specifications of the client projects and provide guidance based on those requirements.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and pipelines.
• You prefer data driven decisions over gut feelings and assumptions. This shows in you analytical, validation and prioritisation skills and techniques.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with the management team.
  

How to stand out from the rest?

• 3+ year experience in a similar project management role.
• You’ve studied 3D / Animation or BSc. education in Computer Sciences, MSc. education. A BBa. education with a focus on Information Technology is also fantastic.
• Knowledge and understanding of 3D processes and workflows will definitely set you apart.
• You have a deep understanding of process workflows and in-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet team deadlines.
• Expert in Jira, Spreadsheets and other Project Management tools.
• Knowledge and interest in 3D tools like 3DS Max, Maya, Blender, Substance Suite and Photoshop will set you apart.
• You have an eye for detail.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Experience in daily communications with Asian, European and US based stakeholders and colleagues.
• You love talking to team members and stakeholders.
• Experience with both giving direction to both internal teams as well as third-party partners at the same time.
• As part of a small team, you will be a key player in the team's achievements towards KPIs, whilst contributing towards forward focused results.
• Friendly, knowledgeable, and motivational to others. You are open to diversity in all shape and sizes and you are able to communicate with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds in different offices around the world
