Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of the RDM Transformation projects
Seek to coordinate with RDM business partners (PO, Power Users) to understand the requirement, define approach/scope and monitor the delivery of key deliverables to required standards
Work with other CRO teams on business and functional analysis of system and process change required to support strategic and regulatory changes
Perform data gap analysis and drill down to granular level of data
Establish governance and control process around project/BA delivery
Be a part of user stories prioritization of the product backlog
Timely status reporting and reporting of issues to management as appropriate
Act as a champion of and drive BA best-practices and governance

Outstanding experience of delivering BA outcomes within an Investment Bank, preferably in the Risk and/or Finance space.
More than 6-8 years of working experience preferred.
Understanding of Business and IT Architecture
Experience of driving and delivering business process change as part of projects
Knowledge of Risk and/or Finance processes highly desirable.
Ability to interact with and manage senior partners
Outstanding partner management skills
Good presentation and communication skills both oral and written
Outstanding analytical problem solving, partner engagement skills
Strong leadership skills and can influence senior partners and direct resources not under direct control
Role requires the candidate to be flexible with the ability to dive-in and be hands-on to problems
Ability to work as an effective collaborator with positive attitude
Experience in agile framework and transformation through lean will be an advantage
Additional Technical Skills
Data Modelling skills such as Python, R, SQL, Oracle, Big Data
Able to produce a variety of business documents that demonstrates command of language, clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation
