Job Description

Project Manager
Project Manager
Qualification: Degree/Dip - Civil
Experience: 8-15Yrs

Job Description
  • Prior experience in Building with basement projects (Residential, Commercial and MSB etc.)
  • Strong experience in Quantity survey, Planning, and Coordination
  • Exposure in project management techniques and software
  • Ensure timely and completion of projects ensuring work quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
  • Ability to interact with a government client
  • Communicate with client and discuss about the project, contractual issues, contract validation etc.
  • Contracts review, Budgeting, Planning resources and organizing mobilization for efficient & economic completion of Contract within the agreed time and cost, with utmost safety & quality by coordinating with HO / Management.
  • Controlling the entire project operations and carry out the management directions scrupulously. Ability to interact with management directly on day to day basis.
  • Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and ensure hassle free experience including payment.
  • Should be diligent, hardworking and honest
  • Materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality, to get optimum output & productivity
  • Should be knowledgeable in the use of computer software like AutoCad, Microsoft Project.
