Responsibilities and Duties

Monitor and track the project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Oversee the digital customer experience including, but not limited to, supporting order lookup and customer service inquiries, coordinating transactional and relationship emails, providing FAQs, overseeing digital properties and managing all post transactional activities
Work with the Marketing Director to ensure marketing and business efforts are aligned and to optimize lead generation
Perform post-project review and follow-ups
Keep up to date on current e-commerce trends and opportunities.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Performing other tasks if assigned...
