Role Description

As a member of the Delivery Team, the candidate is expected to manage multiple projects and ensure the flawless execution of the projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure that the development projects achieve a high standard of architecture assurance and reuse by following standards and best practices
• Excellent team player with very good communication, consultation and collaboration skills
• Document technical specifications for custom development as and when needed
• Experience in handling projects in any of the cloud platforms. Should have executed one full project implementation in a cloud platform
• Exposure to Azure is an added advantage
• Expertise in handling projects using both Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
• Experience in project cost management and budgeting
• Expertise in Stakeholder Management, with excellent negotiation skills
• Should be a good team manager, having experience in mentoring team members which should result in successful delivery of quality software
• Detailed knowledge in preparing WBS to the granular level for effective tracking of the project is highly desirable
• Should have good aptitude in arriving at team composition, Advanced Judgement and decision making.
• Work with Project team to understand and prioritize project deliveries based on the priorities set by the customer

·        Co-ordinate with the QA team to enable foolproof testing for the deliverables

Key Skills:

• Proven expertise in Project Planning and Execution using industry-standard project management tools
• Should have experience in Big Data Project
• Minimum 7years of experience
