Description Responsible for leading development projects for vehicle/motor controllers interacting with eMachines. Projects include Software, Hardware, Mechanics, assembly and quality specialists to automotive development standards. Conduct national/international customer presentations and technical customer negotiations. Plan, steer and control projects with following tasks To manage entire product life cycle starting from Concept development till introduction to Serial Production. Appointment planning, resource planning, budget planning Communication with the project team and customer relationship management Ensure successfully achievement of milestones and project goals (both technical and business) Risk management and report generation Project budget controlling Change management Analyze, estimate and quote new requirements both internally originated or from the customer Apply defined processes and methods to monitor, control and report project status and product maturity according to milestones (Gate Reviews). Define and implement appropriate countermeasures to contain risks and overcome issues. Controls the profitability of the product according to the awarded conditions and the project approval. Manage multicultural project teams. Overall Responsible for the product performance and Responsible for bringing a product to serial production. 

Qualifications You have a degree (at least Bachelor, Or Masters) in the area of Electronics, Electrical Mechanical Engineering, (preferably Electrical Engineering) You have gained several years (8 ) of experience in project management, including technical management of employees, risk management, project development to automotive standards experience in the field of automotive electronics You have completed at least one complete You should have sound knowledge on the Manufacturing process of Electronic assemblies for automotive environments. automotive product development cycle. Proficient in standard office software tools Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project You are fluent in English (written and spoken) You have strong analytical skills and excellent communications skills You show initiative & are motivated to work in a project team environment to collectively achieve customer-focused goals PCB layout experience is a plus
