About The Role

As a Program Manager/Project Manager you will be a part of the India Technology Centre (ITC) PM team, at Bangalore, and will be responsible to drive and deliver complex programs (multiple phases, work-streams, business units, products/applications, geographies) on time, on budget and to the agreed scope. The initial program is to assist the senior management in building and managing the ITC

Your possible projects include developing and enhancing functionality, web-enabling products, or extending our mobile and SaaS / Cloud offerings.

What You Will Do

• Plan, organize, lead and monitor the activities of the project team
• Maintain overall control of the schedule, budget and scope; define and manage organizational scorecard and dashboards
• Ensure that project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed-upon requirements
• Prepare the management deliverables (Project Plan, Risk register); and use these deliverables to conduct the Project
• Help facilitate dialogue among multiple stakeholders and help them converge on the path forward. Notify the senior management and stakeholders of non-resolvable issues and submit recommendations to resolve them
• Maintain regular contact with the stakeholders, providing the status of project progress
• Evaluate impact due to the changes and propose solutions that minimize disruption to the stakeholders involved
• Ensure that commitments and changes to commitments resulting from the requirements are negotiated with affected groups
• Assist with development of Project Management disciplines as required
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor level degree, preferably in engineering
• 5+ years of total experience out of which last 2 – 3 years should be hands-on experience in setting up or program managing large enterprise software projects.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Should be able to tell stories with data; high level of proficiency in MS Office, MS Project
• Fluency in oral and written English
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• PMP Certification preferable
• Detailing out minutes along with actions register in the Project meetings
