Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are:
You are a project manager in IBM Cloud Security testing services.
You have deep understanding in project management to handle penetration tests, PCI-ASV scans, and red team tests.
What you’ll do:
You will tasked with scoping tests with clients, coordinating internal and external resources, processing purchase orders, and
You are involved in planning, methodology documentation, event documentation, providing support for planning or troubleshooting to others throughout IBM.
You will be will be passionate about IT Security. Have a solid project management and operating security background with a focus on performing penetration tests.
should also have an interest and understanding of cloud theory and architecture with knowledge of virtualization and container computing. You should have a desire to continue to focus on improving security across the service portfolio utilizing data driven decision-making.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
5+ years of experience overseeing all aspects of security testing projects; including development of project tasks as necessary with input from the client, Technical teams, Architecture teams, and Compliance teams.
Ability to lead multiple offerings and environments across a wide variety of customers with differing requirements.
Allocating resources appropriately to meet client/program needs and minimize resource contention.
Coordinating partner meetings.
Creating / Leading an integrated master project plan across multiple offerings.
Utilizing PM professional skills to enhance the level of service and quality of client deliverables.
Ability to collect technical inputs and create solutions to meet client requirements.
Experience led an IT team in the past.
Should have experience in SOC2, PCI, and HIPPA.


Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

• 3+ years of knowledge and experience with security testing services, either traditional and/or cloud based environments.
• Skills in a formal PM discipline (PMI or other PM accreditation is a plus).
• Experience in security compliance guidelines for NIST 800-53.
• Proven knowledge of the security testing industry, key business issues, and priorities.
• ITIL V3 Certification preferred.
