The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
This would be our first leadership hire and the person will work on the following responsibilities:
1. Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
2. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
3. Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
4. Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.)
4. Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
5. Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
6. Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.)
7. Manage relationships with partners/vendors
