Roles and Responsibility:

Evaluation of project and involve in project cost / benefit analysis & techno commercial discussions.
Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress.
Preparing the project schedule and determine technical specifications & prepare plans as per the specification and guidelines.
Should have good knowledge about measurements and calculations of interiors.
Should have good track about Project works and guiding constructions manager at the site.
Keep track of materials required in time.
Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced.
Advanced knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E),architectural/interior finishes, lighting, art signage, colour and materials to carryout design intent.
Ability to interact with senior management, external client organisations and vendors
Responsible for smooth execution of all Corporate projects.Experience:
