Qualifications and experience:
a. Master’s degree in management, organizational leadership, applied behavioural sciences, HR, business administration or related discipline preferred;
b. Three years of progressively responsible professional experience in leadership development, training, organizational or policy development;
c. Strong management, organizational, and planning skills;
d. Demonstrated ability to lead, plan, organize, evaluate and manage projects;
e. Student-centric philosophy and commitment to student success;
f. Strong interest and ability to engage with students and student groups around personal, professional and leadership development;
g. Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

. Salary: Rs 50,000 to Rs 75,000 per month
. Duration: 1 year (may be extended based on periodic performance evaluation of the candidate)
