Job Description

Project Manager at FabHotels

Location : Gurgaon, IN

Job Role :

Manage P&L for a fast growing, large revenue channel
Work closely with managers and team leads to drive & scale the Inside Sales function; manage monthly & quarterly revenue and margin targets
Drive traffic, user engagement, quality and conversions for the channel
Plan and launch incentive schemes, promotions and offers to drive sales growth
Leverage market research to think creatively about segmenting, targeting and reaching potential customers
Track and report on performance KPIs to optimise process and ROI

Experience:

Experience of 3-6 years
Prior experience in managing a category, P&L management, process optimization or process consulting preferable
Comfort with Advanced Excel/ VBA
Track record of leading a team to meet challenging targets
Skills in ROI optimisation, advanced analytics, ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, organized, creative and critical thinking
Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
Fluent written and verbal communication skills are a plus
