Your Role and Responsibilities- Responsible to manage the contract, interlock with service lines/customers/vendors etc to ensure deliverables are met.
- Ensure SLA's are being met, Handle day-to-day operation for the retail outlet IT infrastructure and application related activities,
- Coordinate with Technical team for problem resolution, Drive incident Management & Helpdesk.
- Manage SLAs, Operation Review with Customer on day to day basic.
- Improve performance. Generate Reports.
- Ensure team adhere to defined policies & process.
- Be first Point of contact to Customer for Support & Escalation. Coordinate with Apps team, customer & field engineer for Apps & EOD process.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise- Minimum 7+ years in IT sector with experience in Project management
- Experience in technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Infrastructure support especially around Network Compute, Wintel, Storage and Backup management
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, manages technical resources within budget and project schedule.
- Proficient in providing direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration
- Expertise in identifying pre-requisite manpower and devices requirements, effective planning along with IT resource availability
Preferred Professional and Technical ExpertiseBachelor in Computer Science / Information Science: BE/B.Tech (IT/CS/ EC)/MSC-IT/MCA
