Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for onsite project co-ordination, day to day project management activities

·       Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

·       Assigns, schedules, trains, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget.

·       Mentors and provides expertise to other project team members

·       Identify the roles of project team members, project reporting structures and frequency of interaction and any training requirements that may be needed for a team member to complete an IT project.

·       Liaise directly with Business Development Executive

·       Communicates project- related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of IT projects

·       Ensure resource availability and allocation

·       Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

·       Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

·       Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

·       Participating in client management meetings

·       Responsible for team performance

·       Provide effective input on evaluating team members.

Requirements:

·       Excellent Communication skills.

·       Experience/Knowledge of IT Software Industry(Required)

·       Handled a team of minimum 10 to 15 employees (Required)

·       Empathetic

·       Experience in end to end Project Management of at least 2 to 4 projects

·       Maintains effective communication and working relationships with customers, stakeholders and team members.

·       Independently handled multiple development projects (preferred)

Note: Candidate must be from Jamnagar District.
