Accountable for the successful implementation and/or on-site deployment of professional services deliverables to our customers. Overall Project Management responsibility for larger, more complex customer engagements. Maintain project repository by posting project documents and keeping all items up to date in Compass and other identified systems Ability to coordinate with cross-organizational resources based on project requirements. Manage multiple projects concurrently. Handle day-to-day activities and communication between customer and Aspect personnel. Individuals will have a solid understanding of current technologies. Must be able to work independently and/or as part of a wider project team and assume ultimate responsibility for customer satisfaction during the implementation process by thoroughly delivering installed and tested products. Develop, maintain, and manage Microsoft Project plans, project budgets, and P&L using a variety of standard tools including Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Oracle Project Accounting, and Compass Overall accountability for achievement of project financial objectives revenues, profitability (gross margin) and VSOE compliance Develop and submit accurate project revenue and expense forecasts as required. Coordinate and ensure timely project progress/milestone billings. Work closely with PS management, providing regular updates on project status, issues and opportunities where appropriate. Provide status reports and measurements throughout life of the project. Proactively identify and resolve project issues and facilitate the resolution process. Maintain and enhance customer relationships through professional demeanor and communications. Provide input to project estimates, technical solution design and plans for projects or project components. Follow established project processes and methodology. Undertake other tasks that may be necessary to create an outstanding environment for the growth of a value-driven company. Provide mentoring to junior members of the team. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 10 years of experience. Willing to work in night shift Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Ability to travel and work Out-of-Hours as required. Ability to pass a background check may also be required. Skilled in the use of standard project management tools, such as Microsoft Project and Compass Functional use of MS Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn and utilize resource tools specific to Aspect.
