Position Purpose
This Project Manager is within the NAR ITTF –Core build- AML ETL IT team. This person will be working very closing with the AML IT team to understand the ETL requirements for the upcoming AML projects and be able to carry out project management activities to deliver the AML ETL projects.
The role will require the person to work in dynamic and demanding environment reacting to changing business needs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years’ experience with at least 3 years in Project Management and good knowledge of Capital Markets business and systems. Knowledge of Compliance Anti Money Laundering is desirable.

Principal Duties :-
Create and maintain Capacity PlanningCreate and maintain Delivery planning.Monitor and Control the delivery.Closely interact with stakeholders for prioritization activities.Closely coordinate with all the relevant teams to clear impediments and dependencies as and when required.Closely interact with the Development team for resource allocation as per the work in pipeline.Handle end to end project deliveries as well as BAU activities based on their criticalities.Stakeholder Management.Risk identification, management, mitigation and effective communication.Handle internal QA audits and OPC audits.Conduct management level meetings and share feedback and implement suggestions for improvements.Handle requisitions and hirings.Closely interact with onshore stakeholders and onshore teams on a regular basis.
