Job Requirement 
•Oversee all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.
•Responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project as per schedule.
•Perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project.
•Manage and responsible for more than one project at a time.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning the project in order to accomplish its goals within constraints such as Time, cost and agreed quality standards
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing Needs and requirements
• Maintain the project budget for delivering the project within the budget defined
• Responsible for producing and maintaining detailed project plans, critical path analysis
• Weekly and monthly progress reports
• Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
• Ability to provide sufficient input into the technical analysis of the project
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
• Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
• Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
• Minimizes our exposure, risk on project and enforce Co.’s methodology & project standards
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
• Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing and Monitor receivables for project
• Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices
• Analyses project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization
• Communicate and develops lasting relationships with client personnel to foster client ties
• Continuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the plan and the budget
• Responsible for the project’s commitment to quality standards.
