About the Job:We are looking for somebody who can help us in this journey of making learning fun.
Day-to-day responsibilities would be to:

Conduct research on the subject matter of training that needs to be developed into a game
Gain a through understanding of the content and end users of training
Brainstorm storylines and game elements that could go into the training
Weave the storyline and educational content together into a game script with dialogues and narration
Brainstorm visuals that would go into the game - backgrounds, characters, collectibles
Discuss requirements with vendors and oversee the work being done by them
Share work with the clients for feedback
Get revisions made and deliver the final educational game to the clients

Who can apply
Candidate Who:

Has graduation in any background may apply
Can write well in English and likes writing
Can grasp training subject matter fast
Can break down and structure training content logically
Can come up with ideas to weave content into a game like a story
Can come up with ideas for game visuals - backgrounds, characters, etc.
Pays attention to detail and has a strong work ethic
Has relevant skills and interests
