Job Requirement
Oversee all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes. Responsible for coordination and completion of the project as per schedule. Perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project. Manage and responsible for more than one project at a time.

Responsible for planning the project in order to accomplish its goals within constraints such as Time, cost and agreed on quality standardsCreates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsMaintain the project budget for delivering the project within the budget definedResponsible for producing and maintaining detailed project plans, critical path analysisWeekly and monthly progress reportsIdentify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilitiesAbility to provide sufficient input into the technical analysis of the projectManage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scopeReview deliverables prepared by team before passing to clientPrepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance proceduresMinimizes our exposure, risk on project and enforce Co.s methodology & project standardsEnsures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriatelyDetermines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing and Monitor receivables for projectFollow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoicesAnalyses project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilizationCommunicate and develops lasting relationships with client personnel to foster client tiesContinuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the plan and the budgetResponsible for the project's commitment to quality standards.
