  • Prior experience of working as a project manager should have an attitude to deal with clients.
  • Strategic thinker to create plans for project management.
  • Having a good understanding of the marketplace.
  • Ability to speedily grasp business context across areas of operations, strategy, finance, delivery, and innovation.
  • Help customers solve their queries by offering relevant solutions.
  • Leading, reviewing, and working with the proposal team.
  • Must be a team player with good writing skills.
  • Capability to multi-task and prioritize work according to deadlines.
  • Managing projects in real-time.
  • Comfortable to adopt changes, ability to learn new things, and work effectively within a variety of situations.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients to accomplish goals and objectives.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage clients' thoughts calls, emails, and Skype.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Advance Excel, PowerPoint skills MS Office.
