Job Description

Key Result Area:

Being accountable for project planning, execution, and customer satisfaction
Achieving revenue targets by pulling the right amount of production
Handle risk factors, the grievance of clients, manage project scope and change requests
Be an active part in designing production processes and support new initiatives
Ability to initiate, lead, motivate and mentor teams for their career growth
Managing Project Documentation Standards in production
Managing PMS (Project documentation) & Reporting top management and client on time
Be flexible to manage various types of projects, teams of varied technologies
Effective use of resource pool. Push and pull resources in sync with other project managers looking at skill matrix and project requirements
Supporting Pre-sales team whenever the need for technical aspects and estimations
Creation of Technical Specs of Project which can help development leader in understanding project details in depth

Additional Responsibilities:

Plan, Interact and adapt to channel partners’ projects requirements
Supporting the HR team in appraisals, manpower need, recruitment process, etc
Be a change agent to set-up new processes and technologies in the company

Resource Planning
