Your Responsibilities –

• Lead and manage projects and project deliverables by taking end-to-end bottom line responsibility
• Participate and ensure proposal, estimation and scope for a project is complete. Schedule assignments, monitor, review, and report project status.
• Build the project team. Take complete ownership of people and their performance management in the project.
• Maintain detailed project plan to track progress
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks by identifying and escalating critical issues in timely manner
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Keep team apprised via project plans, meetings and discussion minutes of project tasks identified, tasks to be completed, and work not completed.
• Identify resource needs and competencies
• Raise concerns timely to leadership regarding mismatch on required project team member's competencies

Desired Skills and Experience –

• Bachelor’s degree with proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Industry
• Strong Project Management skills with minimum 5+ years of experience working as a PM
• Experience in .Net Core 2.x +, ASP.Net MVC, WebAPI and Razor
• Familiarity with the client side framework jQuery, Angular, React, TypeScript and others
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Solid knowledge of Project Management methodologies, techniques and tools (MS Projects, Gantt Charts etc.)
• Demonstrable project management skills, including influencing, communications and tracking skills, and planning and organization
• PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Excellent people management and leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate and lead multi-disciplined teams
• A strong eye for detail and keen focus on results, with a flexible can-do approach
• Decision- making and problem- solving skills
• A willingness to upskill in new technologies and grow teams.
