Project Manager recruitment in Mumbai - For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd

Job Description (Duties/ responsibilities):

• Work with a diverse team across Pfizer, managing selected campaign execution

• Service programs to ensure all objectives are met on time and budget

• Assist in setting up project plans for new programs and collect and present data to support the

digital team during the proposal phase

• Facilitate content sourcing and implementation process in collaboration with 3rd party vendors

• Manage program roll-out (typically across multiple teams) with the vendor support team.

• Track and monitor program performance with the analytics team

• Provide regular, cohesive status reports

• Identify problems early and appropriately seek solutions

• To accelerate the adoption of Digital strategy for India Business.

• Enhance Pfizer’s vision to a healthier leader in engaging internal and external stakeholders via

innovative solutions, explicit planning to contribute to business growth

• To enable the stakeholders to make best informed decisions in relation to Digital by providing

market and customer insights.

• To support Marketing on the processes defined to develop innovative digital campaigns on regular

intervals

• Understanding the macro shifts in how customers access information via different digital channels in

India and across the globe, predicting rates of change and relating this back to the business.

• To contribute towards the broader customer relationship strategy in conjunction with other

commercial functions, of which digital/multiple channel will be key component.

• To work in line with PFIZER corporate and departmental processes like Global and Local IT, Medical,

Legal, and Regulatory. To liaise with external vendors and PFIZER assigned third parties.

• Manage external vendors and internal team for timely execution of digital initiatives.

• Strong project management and planning skills

Qualifications:

• Strong English skills (written & spoken)

• At least 2-3 years project management in the digital space

• B.Com/BA/B.Sc

• 0-1 year(s) experience in agency / consulting environment

• Ability to problem-solve and work within a team environment
