Role of a Project Manager – Regulatory Affairs, will be to assist PTC in compliance/dealing with all the regulatory matters related to power distribution business for PTC’s client in Navi Mumbai.

Good knowledge and understanding of the working of the Indian Power Sector related to power distribution business, particularly regulatory affairs like preparation and filing of ARR, MYT, True-up petitions etc.
Experience of preparation of Standard of Performance procedure for Discoms.
Understanding of various regulations of the respective regulator like supply code (IEGC & State Code),Tariff regulations, Universal Service Obligation etc.
Presentation during the Public Hearing at MERC/MSETCL/Discoms etc.
Good in drafting/strategizing the letters/reply to various agencies, Good interpersonal relationship skills, Good Communication Skills, Good Liaisoning Skills.
Reporting regularly to your client to update them on ongoing processes and recommend the best way forward.
Developing strategies on how to practically implement solutions at the client site

Qualification: B. Tech (Electrical) preferably MBA

Experience: Preferably 2-3 years relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs/Consultancy in Power Sector.
