Your Role and Responsibilities
Your day in the role will include...

• Manage day to day operations including team management
• Status reporting for on-going critical situation
• Engage with client on issue resolution and other staffing challenges
• Monthly basis: Delivery, quality, staffing and financial performance reporting and analysis
• Run initiative for continuous improvement and automation
• Identify new business opportunity, engage with client for realization

You will come with...

• Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, execution, rollout and post-implementation support.
• Applicant will have experience with both ECC and HANA environment and will have a proven track record of delivering ADM projects.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• You will come with 12 to 15+ years of experience in SAP; out of which at least 3 years of experience in managing SAP ADM projects.
• Aware of application support transition methodology.
• Preferably from SAP Logistic or Finance background but not a MUST.
• Proven consulting background in providing both technical delivery and advisory services in a senior role
• Must have experience in ECC and HANA ADM Project

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Hands on experience in Project Delivery Management
• You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
