This job role involves following steps
You will be the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
Work with developers and other internal teams to meet client’s needs as and when requested.
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
Must be good in English
Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations.
Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.
Age :- 18 Years to 30 Years
Salary range from 7K to 22K (incentive additional)
Min Experience: 0-3 years
Work From Office 0 to 4 Years
