IIT Jammu invites online applications to fill following post purely on contract basis Initial evaluation in three (03) months, on satisfactory work performance, contract shall be for one (01) year extendable upto three (03) years with yearly evaluation.

Project Officer (Architecture)/1 Post

(i) Essential 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with First Class, from a recognized University/Institute OR Master’s Degree in Architecture with First Class, from a recognized University/Institute 2. At least 05 years relevant experience in architectural activities for persons with Bachelor’s Degree OR At least 03 years relevant experience in architectural activities for persons with Master’s Degree 3. Experience in field either in job or practice 4. Registered with Council of Architect, India 5. Conversant with AutoCAD, REVIT, SKETCHUP and other latest software’s of Architect

(ii) Desirable qualification 1. Experience of working in Large Campus Development 2. Worked on MEP detailing 3. Hands on experience in Master Planning of Campus

4. Handled planning and design of Residential and Academic buildings

5. Handled Service planning for Campus (iii) Professional Reference Minimum Two (02) Professional Reference should be attached with the application Form (Mandatory)

Age Limit (as on last date of application): 35 Years

Pay Scale : Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 65,000/- per month (Consolidated)
