Job Description

Project Officer/1 Post

Sponsored Project entitled "Study for Impact Assessrnent of Back Filling of Fly Ash in Abandoned Gorbi Mine and Treatment/Management of Acidic Water to Avoid Contamination of Ground Water and Soil" up to March 31, 2022. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Essential qualifications: M. Tech/M.sc (Environmental/Mining /Geology) with 2 years research experience in environmental quality monitoring.

Desirable qualification: Candidate having previous experience of environmental quality monitoring in mining and allied industries will be preferred.

Upper Age Limit: 35 Years (relaxable for 5 years for SC/ST/PhysicaIIy Handicapped/Female candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates, upper age limit may also be relaxed for the duration of earlier work in a project/scheme subject to the Institute rules prevalent at that time. In case all things being equal, SC/ST candidates Will be preferred as per GOI rules.

Applications are invited for the one post of Project Officer at a Fixed Stipend/ Fellowship/Salary amount Of Rs. 40,000 p. m. in a Northern Coalfields Limited.
