Project Officers job Position in Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) on contract basis

Discipline :  Mechanical

No. of Posts  :  5 (1 UR, 1 OBC, 1 EWS, 2 SC*)

Qualification  :  Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 60% of marks from a recognized University.

Desirable : Proficiency in Computer Applications like AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project etc.

Experience : Minimum 2 years post qualification experience/training in mechanical works related to projects or maintenance.

Discipline :  Electrical

No. of Posts  :  3 (1 UR, 1 EWS, 1 ST*)

Qualification  :  Degree in Electrical Engineering with 60% of marks from a recognized University.

Desirable :  Proficiency in Computer Applications like AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project etc.

Experience : Minimum 2 years post qualification experience/training in electrical works related to projects or maintenance

Discipline :  Electronics

No. of Post  :  1 (OBC)

Qualification  :  Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering with 60% of marks from a recognized University.

Desirable : Proficiency in Computer Applications like AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project etc.

Experience : Minimum 2 years post qualification experience/training in electronics related works in projects or maintenance.

Discipline :  Civil

No. of Posts  :  6 (2 UR, 1 OBC, 1 EWS, 1 SC*,1 ST)

Qualification  :  Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% of marks from a recognized University.

Experience : Minimum of two years post qualification experience/ training in a Central/ State Govt./ PSU/ Autonomous organizations / Private construction companies engaged in the implementation of large Infrastructure/ Industrial projects (Highways, railways, ports, shipyard, Bridges, Metros, Refinery, Airports, Factory Buildings, Large IT Parks, High Rise Institutional Complex etc).

Discipline :  Information Technology - SAP ABAP

No. of Posts  :   2 (UR)

Qualification  :  (a) Engineering Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology with 60% of marks from a recognized University. (b) Masters Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application Information Technology with 60% of marks from a recognized University.

Desirable: Certification in SAP ABAP Programming

Experience : Minimum of two years post qualification experience/ training in Shipyard/ Port/ Engineering Company /Government/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Private Sector Companies/Banks/ Autonomous Bodies in one or more of the following areas: a) ABAP b)Web Dynpro c) Reports & SmartForms d) ERP & SAP Systems

Discipline :  Information Technology - Java Web Application

No. of Post  :  1 (UR)

Qualification  :  (a) Engineering Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology with 60% of marks from a recognized University. (b) Masters Degree in Computer Science/Computer Application/Information Technology with 60% of marks from a recognized University. Desirable: Certification in Java, Knowledge in Google Flutter, React Native

Experience : Minimum of two years post qualification experience/ training in Shipyard/ Port/ Engineering Company /Government/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Private Sector Companies/Banks/ Autonomous Bodies in one or more of the following areas: a) J2EE Web Programming b)MVC Frameworks c)SOAP REST WEB Services d) ERP & SAP System

Remuneration :

First year : Rs.37,000/-

Second year : Rs.38,000/-

Third year : Rs.40,000/-

Age Limit : a) Age shall not exceed 30 years as on 28 Feb 2020. The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates in posts reserved for them. The upper age is relaxable by 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD).

Application Fee :  Application fee of Rs.200/- (Non – refundable, plus bank charges extra) should be remitted using the Online payment options (Debit card/Credit card/Internet Banking) which can be accessed through our Online application facility from 13 Feb 2020 to 28 Feb 2020 . No other mode of payment shall be accepted.

Method of Selection :  The method of selection shall be through Personal Interview to be held at Cochin Shipyard Limited, Kochi.
