and leading Equipment sourcing campaigns in India & Mideast as well as
supporting global sourcing campaigns as required.
Execute
source process by developing, negotiating, implementing, and sustaining
supply contracts consistent with business/project requirements.
Execute
the sourcing work process in accordance with the Air Products approved
work processes, including SAP purchase order processing and contract
management.
Monitor,
communicate, and respond to changing market conditions and business
drivers on a local and global basis to maximize leverage and minimize
risk.
Lead
cross-functional teams involved in cost discovery, supplier discovery and development
work to meet project and business needs to strengthen competitive
advantage for the corporation.
Work
closely with supported businesses and functional organizations to ensure
stability and cost effectiveness of supply.
Bring
innovative supplier solutions to maximize value proposition across the
supply chain.
Manage
supplier performance and maintain interface within supplier’s
organization.
