University of Hyderabad (UoH) invites application for the position Project / Research Associate /Senior Scientific Officer / Senior project Associate

Project: “Institution of Eminence”

1. Project / Research Associate

Number of positions: 03

Fellowship / Honorarium / Stipend in Rs: Rs. 35,000 per month (Consolidated)

Tenure of the Post: Temporary/ contractual basis

Essential Qualifications: M. Tech./ B. Tech. in Materials Engineering/ Nanoscience and Technology/ Mechanical Engineering

Desirable Qualifications: Hands on experience in the area of alloy melting, mechanical testing and measuring electronic properties of materials. Good understanding of various materials processing and characterization techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience: At least one year of experience in case of B. Tech. holders

Age Limit: 35 years

2. Senior Scientific Officer / Senior project Associate

Number of positions: 04

Fellowship / Honorarium / Stipend in Rs: Rs. 50,000 per month (Consolidated)

Tenure of the Post: Temporary/ contractual basis

Essential Qualifications: PhD in Materials engineering/ Nano science and technology/ Physics/ Chemistry (or) 2. M. Tech. in Materials engineering/ Nanoscience and technology with minimum two years of Experience

Desirable Qualifications: Strong hands on experience in the area of Electrochemistry, Scanning probe Microscopy, Nanomechanical testing and Spectroscopy. Good understanding of various materials Processing and characterization techniques. Familiarity with safety norms, chemical waste management. Publications in referred journals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience: Atleast 2 years of experience in case of M. Tech. Holders

Age Limit: 45 years
